Compensation Structure
Compensation under the One55 Partners program is based on the approval date of loans rather than the application date. This ensures that referral partners are rewarded for their efforts when loans are successfully approved and closed.

Tiered Rewards
a. First Five Loan Approvals: For the first five loan approvals generated through your referrals, you will receive a fixed compensation of $1000 for each approved loan.
b. Approvals Six through Ten: Once you achieve approvals six through ten, you will receive 25% of the net commission for each approved loan, with a maximum compensation of up to $2500 per approval.
c. Eleven Plus Approvals: Beyond the tenth approval, for the eleventh and subsequent loan approvals, you will receive 50% of the net commission, with the potential to earn up to $5500 per approval.

Count Reset and Ongoing Benefits
a. The approval count resets at the beginning of each month, ensuring that referral partners have the opportunity to maximize their earnings on a regular basis.
b. Upon reaching the milestone of the fifty-fifth (55th) loan approval, all subsequent loan approvals will be eligible for a consistent 50% of the net commission. This ensures that referral partners continue to benefit from their efforts without the $5500 cash cap.

Net commission refers to the commission earned by One55 Partners after deducting any applicable expenses or fees.
